Are there any umbrella or cabana rentals on the beach? Also, we are going late this month (May). Will we be able to find parking if we arrive around 10 am?

No. . . not that I am aware of. Parking shouldn't be a problem with just a bit of patience.
How far is the walk from the parking lot to pier ?
A:
Its 5 minutes or less, if you are walking at a good pace. If you are carrying beach chairs, etc., it's still manageable. The.path is level and mostly hard packed.
