Boswell is a borough in Somerset County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is part of the Johnstown, Pennsylvania Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 1,221 at the 2020 census. Boswell is located at 40°9′37″N 79°1′40″W / 40.16028°N 79.02778°W, approximately 60 miles southwest of Altoona.
