If you mean dates then you can barter a good price at the souk but to be honest the supermarkets can be just as cheap and have an excellent range.

Hi, I don’t remember the name, but it was one of the first shops as we entered the souk. On the right, almost straight ahead as we entered. I was pre armed with a list of what I use at home & the prices I pay per 10g in the supermarket in UK. So with all the bartering etc, which I hate, I felt confident declining or buying what was offered to me. I think any of the shops will give you a great experience of the souk. Enjoy!
