The part with colours will be the SE downtown area by Harry Hays building. At night, with the LED nights, it looks beautiful. You will have to take the +15 walk to leave the core and arrive at James Short Chinatown exit. After that you walk towards the harry hays building and you will be enjoying the blissful evening walk with the lights shining at or on you. Hope this helps.

Pretty much everything west of 6th St is closed and anything only connecting corporate buildings is closed. If you go to Calgary's web site, and search 'plus 15', you'll find a map that shows hours of operation.
