Such a pleasant surprise to find this during my visit to Baltimore. Lovely place to walk around. The mansion seems to have been closed, and I was there around 2 PM. Full review by ritualtraveler

Yes, there’s a free lot next to the nature center, off the turnaround. Usually, there’s no problem finding a space.

The other 2 people already adequately answered this question. The only thing that I could add is that I did see people walking their dogs there. That and when I was in the building they mentioned that it's technically a city park and Baltimore City park rules apply (which also means you can bring your dog).
