Unexpected gem of a museum. Wonderful displays evoking the past. Visited during school holidays and was not too busy,but lots of grandparents reminiscing with their relatives. Full review by Tony S

A gem of a museum with some remarkable exhibits, many of real local interest. The building itself is fantastic and so lovely to tour around. There is no admission charge, but donations are invited.… Full review by BarryButton

Hi, I'm due to visit Blaise Castle for Friendsfest, but am finding information on park and ride to this location very confusing. Is there onsite parking or will I have no chance of finding a space?

We went midweek and during school term time, so we had no difficulty parking on site. If there is a festival going on then I cannot comment on the parking.

Hi sorry for the late reply. The majority of items are on the ground floor,the door's are wide as it's an old building. The ground's are lovely, depending on how far you are able to go,the grounds also expand through to more beautiful grounds,although there it is quite steep in place's, but it leads to a lovely mill as well.
