Like all NT properties they don't allow overnighting and they usually prevent this with locked gates. they don't have the insurance for occupation and no welfare to support it so they don't want to be become convenient night stopovers and they would definately not wish to encourage the litter and possible noise and other problems camping would bring with complaints etc. If you're a motorhomer then it my be possible in limited cases by looking on Google earth nearby for places to pull in and that's what i usually do, i.e a nearby industrial estate or business area for weekends when they aren't busy and so on.
